So in light of yesterday’s news of the FDA approval along with all the MASS CONFUSION in the truth community, I have decided to make an extensive post on the subject of this full FDA approval & EUA reissuance.
I have reviewed the document in depth with legal council, a well versed & intelligent contract’s lawyer, who happens to be a close friend of mine.
There were two letters issued yesterday. The links are provided in the citation section at the bottom along with the Nuremberg Code.
The first document was written to purposefully convolute what is going on and create confusion, but not in the way you might think at first glance.
As some of us are clearly aware the FDA FULLY APPROVED a “new version” of the previously “emergency use authorized vaccine” under the trade-name “Comirnaty” which the manufacturers explain they named it by “combining the words COVID-19 + MRNA + Community.” (Facepalm)
Looks suspiciously like conformity to me, but that’s a whole ‘nother subject.
AT THE SAME TIME, they extended the Emergency Use Authorization for the Pfizer BioNTech CV-19 vaccine under 564(b)(1) of the FD&C Act] (EUA) within that same letter.
This act I just cited allows the “FDA to issue an EUA based on the HHS Secretary’s determination that there is a potential for a public health emergency involving a CBRN threat agent (not only based on an actual emergency) [Sec. 564(b)(1)(C) of the FD&C Act]”
So in layman’s terms they reissued the Emergency Use Authorization Act, while at the SAME TIME fully licensing and FDA APPROVING the trade name Vaccine “Comirnaty” under its BLA license.
So what is “Comirnaty”?
If you read the document carefully on page two it says:
“COMIRNATY (COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA) is the same formulation as the PfizerBioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine and can be used interchangeably with the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine to provide the COVID-19 vaccination series.”
Then it references Footnote 8. YOU HAVE TO READ THE FOOTNOTES THEY HAVE MAJOR SUBSTANCE.
Footnote 8:
“The licensed vaccine has the same formulation as the EUA-authorized vaccine and the products can be used
interchangeably to provide the vaccination series without presenting any safety or effectiveness concerns. The products are legally distinct with certain differences that do not impact safety or effectiveness.”
Sidenote:
It is unclear based on the following footnote if they actually do have differences beyond just the legal scope into the scientific realm.
The statement “certain differences” is ambiguous whether it refers to formulation differences or the legal differences mentioned in the footnote.
My opinion on that subject is that it is likely a software upgrade to the previous vaxx’s nanotech, but that is irrelevant to this post.
Let me repeat. They made the same vaccine “LEGALLY DISTINCT WITH CERTAIN DIFFERENCES”
Again… one more time for the people in the back. The footnote literally states the EUA version and this new “Comirnaty” are “interchangeable,” and confirm that they are “legally distinct” from one another, which is why they are both similar and different, as well as “interchangeable.”
Why the fuck am I harping on this point so hard?
It has to do with Liability.
There’s the bait, now here’s the switch.
They are giving them legally distinct terms.
This is the KEYSTONE when it comes to liability and going to trial.
They use an Experimental Authorized drug and make it interchangeable with the actual legally approved one.
If you take the EUA authorized version like many began with, then how can you hold them liable for the approved version?
Especially when you can’t prove that you aren’t suffering damages from the experimental version…
This absolves the FDA of any liability for their decision because most people who took it got the EUA version. Imagine corporate shields over a government entity that makes it ever increasingly hard to sue, and prove fault, because of how they wrote the law and the timing of it while Psy-opping the public into taking it.
This is a tactical attack & brilliantly evil legal defense move at the same time by this thing that I term our “Government Business Conglomerate”
Pfizer and the companies don’t need liability protection because of the vaccine injury act of 1984 passed by Ronald Reagan which already absolves them of much of their liability for injury’s caused by their product.
The FDA and the government need the legal obscurity & obfuscation to hide behind law and defend themselves in our already corrupted legal system.
Do you see now?
If you sue the wrong specific vaccine in the legal filing, the EUA version vs. “Comirnaty,” they then can dismiss your case if you FILE UPON THE WRONG NAME/VERSION BECAUSE THEY ARE “LEGALLY DISTINCT” and you are liable for what happens to you under the EUA because it is an experiment that you “chose to participate in.”
If you sue them, how long will it take to get damages awarded for comparative negligence in a lawsuit?
2 years? 3 years?
They now have an Emergency Use Authorization “liability veil and thus a brand new “FDA Approval Veil” if you happen to get both versions.
If they get rid of 25% of the litigation through people not filing correctly they’ve mitigated heavy financial damage awards they don’t want to pay.
It can take years for you to bring a case all the way for damages, if you’re already dead before you can finish it, what’s the point?
If they shut down the economy and lock up businesses then how will the common man have the funds to pursue the damages?
They basically shell-corporationed a drug and their approving agency to give it sleezy legal corporate protection through wordplay.
You are at war and most don’t even know it, or can’t even recognize it because they hide in the fog of war, fake news, and fake education which is simply indoctrination that dumbs you down.
This is not a hopeless scenario. They are still in full violation of the Nuremberg Code due to the fraud, coercion, manipulation, and duress and should face the same fate as the previous violators.

Put a hardhat on and get in the game. We are more powerful than them if we start working together, turn off the psy-ops, and fight like our lives depend on it, because they do.
LET THEM DIVIDE US NO LONGER.
